Are You Unfolding Spiritually? A Reflection on Faith

I have a question: Are you unfolding spiritually?

If you’re like me, you’ve reflected on how your life has evolved. Just like a flower, our petals of life extend, stretch, and unfold day-by-day. Not only in the physical sense but also spiritually. With each second, minute and hour, we are flourishing in faith — an evolution not seen by the naked eye.

Sometimes it takes the people in our intimate circles (family, friends, partners, co-workers, etc.) to bring to our attention our subtle and silent growth. Other times, as we move with grace and intention, we recognize the fragrance of infallible faith when we take a moment to pause and acknowledge our spiritual expansion. You know — that sweet smell of jubilant joy.

Just as my Blossom greeting card states, “Life is an infinite unfolding.” The sweet smell never fades. It only waits for us to recognize it and greet it with gladness.

For this, I am grateful.
